We handle every detail to ensure a safe journey home, providing you with greater peace of mind. Our dedicated team manages each aspect of your travel.
Step 3 - We Safely Get You Home
Our skilled team is composed of licensed Physical Therapists and other medical professionals specifically trained in safe and skilled mobilization of individuals.
Our transport team will:
Receive a medical briefing at the time of discharge
Accompany patients throughout the entire transportation experience
Monitor and uphold the patient's care plan during transit
